Frequently asked questions
My progress is gone. Progress is stored only on your device (in the web version: in your browser). There is no account and no cloud save, so progress is lost if the app is deleted or the browser data is cleared, and it does not move to a new device.
I bought something but don’t have it (new phone, reinstalled app). Open Settings → Restore purchases. One-time purchases such as “Remove ads”, the starter pack, the cookbook pack, jar designs and the bunny come back. Coin packs, the rescue pack and the Travel Pass for a season are used up when bought and cannot be restored.
How do I change my ad consent? In the app: Settings → Privacy settings (shown in regions where consent is required). On iPhone you can also allow or deny tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the web version, consent is managed by the game portal.
How do I start over? Settings → Reset progress deletes your game progress on this device.
How do I get the recipe book as a PDF? With the cookbook pack, tap “Recipe book as PDF”. Then save it from the print window (on iPhone: tap “Share”; elsewhere: choose “Save as PDF”).

Mein Spielstand ist weg. Der Spielstand liegt nur auf deinem Gerät (in der Web-Version: in deinem Browser). Es gibt kein Konto und keine Cloud – beim Löschen der App oder der Browserdaten geht er verloren und lässt sich nicht auf ein neues Gerät übertragen.
Ich habe etwas gekauft, es fehlt aber (neues Handy, App neu installiert). Öffne Einstellungen → Käufe wiederherstellen. Einmal-Käufe wie „Werbung entfernen“, Starter-Paket, Kochbuch-Paket, Glas-Designs und der Hase kommen zurück. Münzpakete, das Rettungspaket und der Reisepass einer Saison werden beim Kauf verbraucht und lassen sich nicht wiederherstellen.
Werbe-Einwilligung ändern: In der App unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz-Einstellungen (nur in Regionen mit Einwilligungspflicht). Auf dem iPhone zusätzlich unter iOS-Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Tracking. In der Web-Version verwaltet das Spieleportal die Einwilligung.
Neu anfangen: Einstellungen → Fortschritt zurücksetzen löscht deinen Spielstand auf diesem Gerät.
Rezeptbuch als PDF: Mit dem Kochbuch-Paket tippst du auf „Rezeptbuch als PDF“. Danach speicherst du es im Druckfenster (iPhone: auf „Teilen“ tippen; sonst „Als PDF speichern“ wählen).
