Frequently asked questions

My progress is gone. Progress is stored only on your device and is lost if the app is deleted. There is no cloud save.

A purchase is missing. Open Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Permanent purchases (Fibwick Plus, Remove ads, decorations) are restored from your App Store or Google Play account; magnifier packs cannot be restored.

How do I change my ad consent? In Settings via the ad privacy button (shown in regions where consent is required).

How do I stop sharing game statistics? Settings → “Share game statistics” → Off. It is off by default.

How do I delete my data? Settings → “Reset progress” deletes your progress; deleting the app removes everything stored by the game.

Häufige Fragen

Mein Spielstand ist weg. Der Spielstand liegt nur auf dem Gerät und geht beim Löschen der App verloren. Es gibt keine Cloud-Speicherung.

Ein Kauf fehlt. In den Einstellungen auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“ tippen. Dauerhafte Käufe (Fibwick Plus, Werbung entfernen, Dorf-Deko) werden aus deinem App-Store- bzw. Google-Play-Konto übernommen; Lupen-Pakete lassen sich nicht wiederherstellen.

Werbe-Einwilligung ändern: Einstellungen → „Datenschutz (Werbung)“ (nur in Regionen mit Einwilligungspflicht wirksam).

Spielstatistik nicht mehr teilen: Einstellungen → „Spielstatistik teilen“ → Aus. Standardmäßig ist sie ausgeschaltet.

Wie lösche ich meine Daten? Einstellungen → „Fortschritt löschen“ löscht deinen Spielstand; beim Löschen der App wird alles entfernt, was das Spiel gespeichert hat.
