Frequently asked questions
How do I play? You are the wind: swipe across the sky to blow clouds, hold a cloud still to let it rain, tap it for auto-rain. Clouds soak up water from lakes and fog. Full, heavy clouds turn into storms – their lightning charges the lighthouse. Settings → “How to Play” explains everything.
How do I keep my progress on a new phone? Settings → “Save Data” → “Export code”, keep the code (e.g. in a note) and paste it on the new device under “Import code”. Then restore your purchases there.
My purchases are missing. Shop or Settings → “Save Data” → “Restore purchases” (same Apple or Google account). The export code intentionally contains no purchases.
How do I change my ad consent? Settings → “Privacy settings” (shown in regions where consent is required).
Why do I see ads? Cloudherd is free and financed by ads. Full-screen ads only appear when you leave a completed island – never while you play. Reward videos are always optional. “No Ads” removes the full-screen ads.
Can I turn off vibration or change the language? Yes, both in Settings.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds can be requested there: reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or Google Play Help (Android).

Häufige Fragen
Wie spielt man? Du bist der Wind: Wisch über den Himmel, um Wolken zu treiben, halte eine Wolke still, damit sie regnet, tipp sie an für Dauerregen. Wolken saugen Wasser aus Seen und Nebel. Volle, schwere Wolken werden zu Gewittern – ihre Blitze laden den Leuchtturm. Optionen → „Anleitung“ erklärt alles.
Spielstand auf ein neues Handy mitnehmen: Optionen → „Speicherstand“ → „Code exportieren“, den Code aufheben (z. B. in einer Notiz) und auf dem neuen Gerät unter „Code importieren“ einfügen. Danach dort die Käufe wiederherstellen.
Meine Käufe fehlen: Laden oder Optionen → „Speicherstand“ → „Käufe wiederherstellen“ (gleiches Apple- bzw. Google-Konto). Der Export-Code enthält absichtlich keine Käufe.
Werbe-Einwilligung ändern: Optionen → „Datenschutz-Einstellungen“ (nur in Regionen mit Einwilligungspflicht).
Warum gibt es Werbung? Cloudherd ist kostenlos und wird über Werbung finanziert. Bildschirmfüllende Anzeigen kommen nur beim Verlassen einer geschafften Insel – nie während des Spielens. Videos mit Belohnung sind immer freiwillig. „Werbefrei“ entfernt die bildschirmfüllenden Anzeigen.
Vibration abschalten oder Sprache ändern: beides unter Optionen.
